Al Seeb

A new coastal city by Talaat Moustafa, with lagoons, a marina and about 1.8 km of beach. Yamal is a coastal masterplan of about 2.21 million m² in Al Seeb, on the Gulf of Oman, by Talaat Moustafa Group with Al Muhaidib Group. It is planned for about 6,200 homes, from apartments to beachfront villas and hotel-serviced residences, around saltwater lagoons, canals and a marina along about 1,760 metres of beach.
